Privacy — Execution Leak Diagnostic and LITE
Last updated: 28 October 2026.
Who is responsible and why
The controller is Alessandro Milanesi, who runs AlphaEngine OS, reachable at protocol@alphaengine.me. We keep the anonymous diagnostic results and the abuse fingerprints on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and protecting the page. We send your brief because you ask for it, and we keep you on the list only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
What we store
When you finish the diagnostic we store your answers and your result: account type, the five answers or counts, the primary leak, the severity and, if you arrived from one of our social profiles, which one. No name, no email address and no IP address are stored with it.
Abuse limits
To stop the page being used to send emails to other people, we keep a one-way fingerprint of your IP address and of the email you enter, and delete it automatically after at most 48 hours. Without our secret key, a fingerprint cannot be turned back into the address.
Your email
If you ask for your brief, your email address goes to Brevo, our email provider, to send it. Like every email we send, Brevo keeps a delivery log, and our own delivery report keeps the address for 90 days and then only a masked form. If you tick "Also keep me on the list", Brevo also keeps your address, your primary leak and your severity so we can write to you again. Every one of those emails has a one-click unsubscribe.
LITE: your rule and your 14 days
LITE at tools.alphaengine.me/lite/ needs an account, made with your email address and a one-time code, no password. We store your email address, the rule you lock (leak, number, platform), your daily checks, your Risk Firewall sessions, your time zone and the hour you pick for the reminder. We keep them because you asked for the service; they are yours to read and change, and nobody else can see them.
LITE sends you service emails about the rule you locked, and nothing else: the sign-in code; a reminder on trading-day evenings (Monday to Friday, at 18:00, 20:00 or 22:00 your time, or never) only when that day isn't logged, never more than one a day and never more than three in a row without a check; and your day-14 report, once per 14-day run, which includes one line about AlphaEngine OS PRO, the same one you see on the report page. Change the hour or turn the reminder off in the Rule tab. The stop link at the bottom of every email, or "Stop all emails" in the Rule tab, stops reminders and reports together. We don't send newsletters or promotions from LITE; if we ever do, we'll ask first with a separate box.
These emails go through Brevo, with the same delivery log described above. Write to us to get a copy of your data or to have your account deleted: your rule, checks, sessions and email settings are deleted with it.
Broker files
When you upload a file exported from your trading platform, your browser reads it on your device. The file itself is never sent to us. With PRO, the closed trades it contains (symbol, side, size, entry and exit times and prices, P&L, commissions, and whether a stop was moved further away) are saved to your account, so your audit can check your rules against them; for each rule and day we also save whether the file shows it broken. Nothing else from the file is kept: no account numbers, no balances, no other columns. Your trades are visible only to you, stay hidden if PRO ends and come back if it returns, and are deleted with your account. They are included when you download your data.
The free receipt in LITE reads the file the same way and saves no trades: we only count, without knowing who, that a receipt was made and for which platform.
Pre-session gate and Session Officer
With PRO, the app also saves the consequences you choose in your protocol, each morning's gate (GO or NO-GO, the day's numbers and the reason) and the time of each trade you log in the Session Officer. They are used only to show them to you and to compute your audit. They are visible only to you, are included when you download your data, and are deleted with your account.
Where it lives
The diagnostic and LITE data are in a private database hosted by Supabase in London (United Kingdom). Emails are sent by Brevo. The "Join LITE" link goes through Dub, a link service that counts clicks. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
Your rights
